meet tracy • Proprietor

Sugar Sugar opened in October 2009, just in time for the biggest candy holiday of the year, Halloween. It quickly became a neighborhood favorite, and in no time at all this sugar ship sailed into the hearts of parents and kids alike, making the stop at the corner candy store a sweet delight!

Tracy bought the 600 square feet of sugar bliss in March of 2014, and has since added her own whimsical style elements to the shop, while curating a candy selection that ranges from retro favorites and locally made treats, to a carefully selected array of bean-to-bar chocolate that would make any connoisseur truly relish. But she didn't stop there, adding an online option to ordering some of the stores best selling party favors and packaged boxes & gifts, she promises succulent goodness and exquisite packaging to everyone outside of the Minneapolis borders. Now, I call that a sweet job!

Her newest addition is a monthly newsletter that will give subscribers a sneak peak into up-coming seasonal treats, in-store promotional news & special tid-bits and stories from owning a small shoppe in an adorable Minneapolis neighborhood!

meet JACK WHITE • SHOP DOG extraordinaire

Because all unique shoppes need a mascot, this candy store has a small dog named Jack White! He usually is asleep in the back, but that doesn't stop his 'fans' from coming in to see him on the daily. He loves to wear french candy cones!
